I’m so excited to announce the launch of The Unbound Podcast! 🥹

Every week, we’ll dive deep into the hearts and minds of bold individuals who truly inspire me. From adventurers and athletes to entrepreneurs and artists, we’ll explore the transformative journeys of those committed to going all-in on their dreams.

My hope is that these conversations will inspire you to rethink what’s possible, break free from limitations, and carve your own authentic path. Because sometimes, all it takes is a shift in perspective. ✨

That being said, starting this podcast is me confronting my own demons – aka the excuses I’ve used to procrastinate on the things I’ve felt called to do for a while now.

I’ve never produced a podcast before, and there’s still a lot I’m figuring out – especially when it comes to all things tech. 😅 But rather than waiting for it to be “perfect” (because we all know that doesn’t exist), I’ve decided to just start – to leap, learn, and evolve as I go.

I can’t believe it’s already been more than three months since the launch of The Unbound Podcast.

This project was born from passion, curiosity, and a deep calling to co-create magic with people I find truly inspiring.

No scripts. No expectations. No bounds.

And I freaking love it! 🥹

Now that I’ve given myself the time and space to explore, play, and experiment — it’s time to hit pause. Reflect. Optimize. Realign.

And this is where you come in.

I have so much admiration for athletes, artists, and entrepreneurs.

It’s like they’ve managed to hold on to the mindset of an infant learning to walk, talk, or play — completely determined, no matter how many attempts it takes.

They just own the suck and do it anyway.

And that’s why they’re going places. That’s how they turn dreams into reality. 💫

I can’t remember the name of the woman who suggested reframing the feeling of sucking at something into celebrating the fact that we’re growing and expanding. If you know who it might be, please let me know.

Back in 2023, I found myself in a strange place…

After 12 years of constant travel and change, suddenly, even just looking at my suitcase made me feel overwhelmed.

I had become so used to constant movement. I actually felt more comfortable in ever-changing environments than in familiar ones.

But at some point… it became a little too much.

As I began opening up about this with fellow travelers, I realized: travel burnout is real.

Just like people burn out from juggling too much at work, we can burn out from always being on the go – chasing the next adventure, the next destination, the next version of ourselves.

Thank you @brittvheek for being so open about your own experience with this, and for sharing that epic analogy that I’m sure many of us can relate to.

Next time I get that annoying (yet necessary) iCloud alert, I’ll use it not just as a storage warning – but as a reminder to pause… and check in on my own capacity as well. taken in Southwest France by @annaunt
