Anna Unusyan takes the reins for this week’s CLR podcast and is the first artist to take part in our new, quick-fire interview format.

“CLR has been my gateway into the world of techno, and it’s an absolute dream come true to contribute to the podcast series during its relaunch. It feels surreal to be part of something so legendary, steeped in history and creativity that continues to inspire artists and listeners alike. In this hour-long mix, I’ve curated tracks that I absolutely love (old and new), along with some of my unreleased work that I’m excited to share. A heartfelt thank you for this incredible opportunity!” - @annaunusyan 🎙️

Based in London, Anna’s been developing a great grass-roots reputation so don’t miss out on this one - and watch the video in full to see her delve into her favourite producers, mixes, sets, and more.

Big thanks to Anna for the excellent set and for sharing her thoughts. You can listen now in the usual spot.

I took a little break from releasing music, and now that I am back it feels so good to share something new with you all. My two new tracks are out now on @artcore_records, an amazing and versatile record label run by @indirapaganotto, and I could not be happier to join it.

I made ‘H3’ a few years ago during my obsession with the book ‘The Right Stuff’ and the early seasons of ‘For All Mankind’, hence the title 🙃 Last year I rediscovered it on my hard drive. The original version had a distorted synth running throughout, but I wanted to give it a more stripped-back feel. So I reworked it slightly, and that is when it came to life.

‘Soulkut’ is the result of me going down a rabbit hole researching Olonkho, a traditional Yakut epic art form that is still performed today. That is why the track features natural foleys and chopped vocals from sung epics.

This EP is shared with the very talented @antoniodeangelisdj , who has also released two beautiful tracks that are definitely worth checking out.

Give it a listen on any streaming platform of your choice, you can also purchase extended mixes on Beatport (currently exclusive). All the links you need are in my bio 😌🖤
