I’ve wanted to talk about this for a while, and I’m glad I finally did. 😅 I think we’ve gone to two extremes with conversations around toxic workplaces. Young people are sometimes dismissed for speaking up when something is genuinely wrong. “That’s just how work is.” “You’re too entitled.” No. Sometimes something is actually wrong, and refusing to accept it doesn’t make you difficult. But I also think we’ve gotten to a point where anything uncomfortable is being labelled “toxic.” There has to be some nuance. So, based on your own experiences, do you agree with my points? What would you add to the list? I’d genuinely love to hear your perspective. by @anne.ointed

Had the most beautiful time this weekend, witnessing one of my best girls get married to the love of her life. But of course my weekend was not the only beautiful thing, I mean, look at Mr. Achem’s wife 😌. Buttt I’m not the brideee. And if you saw how happy I was you’d know the joy I felt. When you walk with your friends through trying seasons, their testimony becomes yours too and that sums up the deep feelings of gratitude I felt. And maybe it was just Jss2 Anne being so jigged to see the reality of a day we looked forward to. I’m so happy for you @bellae34 and I pray you enjoy the very best that marriage has to offer.
