This song, Ebb and Flow (In Between) is about a liminal state of uncertainty—the part of healing that’s messy and unfinished. The music craves to resolve, yet it oscillates back and forth. In the end, the song never reaches a sense of finality. It comes to a realization that arrival is just an illusion. We are all a work in progress, and the beauty of life is in the in-between. by @annelaflores_music

I’ve been keeping this one in my back pocket. Waiting for perfection…the perfect edit, the perfect mix, the perfect album cover, the perfect promo strategy. Then I realized, it’s exactly what it needs to be – capturing a snapshot of my life in all its realness. And that’s honestly perfection. I am exactly where I am meant to be. by @annelaflores_music

Meet Annela, our co-owner and the heart behind so much of what we do here 💙

Her journey to yoga wasn't planned, it started with a teacher in college who introduced her to the practice at just the right moment.

Today, Annela channels everything yoga gave her into building a space where others can experience that same shift, a community rooted in healing, awareness, and showing up exactly as you are. by @annelaflores_music
