The series Cosmic emerged from a desire to approach light as a breathing field, where colour and atmosphere become a language of their own.

These images are found through intuition, layer by layer, like a quiet conversation with the unseen. They echo inner worlds, dreams, memories and moments of stillness that can be felt rather than explained.

For me, art is a form of listening, and my images are an invitation to listen along to what lives beneath the surface of things.

“Like a poetic dance inside, light and free, there where it becomes silent, time and space no longer exist, and where my imagination unfolds…”

Annelore’s photos reflect an ethereal and quit world that people tend to forget in their everyday lives. Her images show the dreamy in-between space we inhabit just before falling asleep or waking up. 
Annelore’s work is an ode to the intersection of the beauty of nature and the intriguing mystique of consciousness. The ethereal, multi-layered quality of her photos are like a soft whispering, beckoning us to wake up.
 With mesmerising, she knows how to capture a piece of life, in which a dreamy world is created to pause for a moment; a reflection of the inside of Annelore herself that shows her quiet and dreamy world in a poetic way.

Viewers are invited to pause and enter into Annelore’s tranquil inner world where pieces of life are transformed into a dreamy landscape. The resulting images are both mesmerizing and poetic.

Annelore and Lieva join forces in this series called
‘Mesmerising’.
Both are fascinated by continuously looking for the layers in earthly existence.
With the whisper that they both hear again and again: “wake up”.
Lieva finds mesmerising in the raw and creates a dreamy feeling with combining those contradictory worlds. With mesmerising, Annelore capture a piece of life, in which a dreamy world is created to pause for a moment and forget time and space.
