One of the most memorable parts of CDMX was staying at @casabosquespension. They were gracious enough to let me move between rooms so I could experience the intention behind each space, it felt less like checking in and more like stepping into someone’s world. It made me wonder when hospitality lost its creative pulse. So many hotels feel predictable, efficient, repeatable designed to function, not to feel. But boutique spaces hold something different, they carry a person’s story, their culture, their point of view. You don’t just stay there, you experience them. Even if it’s less convenient, I’ll always choose something with soul over something standard. I don’t just want a place to sleep, I want to feel something.
