I want to say a HUGE thank you to Carol TeWater (mother of the groom), and Jim Te Water Naude and Jonathan Coe, from Sedgefield, for all the incredible blessings and prayers of love, support and a 63 year old friendship with Carol. They had the bride, Thandi Garrett and Maid of Honour Lindiwe Le Brasseur sleeping over at their home and then allowing the hairdressers, photographers, make-up artists, dressmaker, dancers, flower girls and Mother of the bride, Ann Garrett and my previous friend Sandie all the way from Oudtshoorn invade their home from 8am providing everyone with breakfast and lunch and calm and peace. Please keep your small pets like bunnies, squirrels, guinea pigs, tiny puppies, birds in and out of cages, etc. very safe and not outside where you cannot see them. The African Harrier Hawk🦅 in the photos was flying around Kenilworth, Claremont, Wynberg area. 🦜🐢🐇🐁🐈‍⬛🐕🐣

I am overwhelmed at God's grace and provision. Having been told that I need oxygen for 16 hours a day costing R1300 which my medical aid declined to pay for each month, my friends and I prayed and trusted and acknowledged that God is in controI and things would be sorted in His time. A day later I am gifted with an awesome portable oxygen machine from one of my ex-pupil's father-in-law. I feel so privileged and so blessed. 🙏🏾🥰🤗❤️ by @anngarrett226

Good morning. Just to say my other phone battery isn't working so u til the arrival of a new 🆕 be, I won't be able to contact anyone. I'm in the ward still. Talks of going to step down 👇 in Tokai is being planned. Not sure when.
My routine. Eat, sleep, pray, wee wee, eat, sleep,pray, wee wee. Feeling exhausted but all good. Can't wait to go home and see my tweeties by @anngarrett226

Update: Granddad's tests were great. What an incredible grandad. Just for you to know, her beautiful mommy gave her a kidney as well but sadly the transplant was unsuccessful. Lia is clearly loved by her family and is in hospital now being prepared for tomorrow's transplant. I am soooooo excited for Lia. I can't begin to imagine what it will be like for Lia to live a carefree life feeling well and strong and healthy. I pray that God would really bless this precious child and her family. Thank you for your prayers. by @anngarrett226
