It’s spooky season!!! 🎃 👻 🪄
So I actually made these little gals a couple of years ago. But there is a third little witch that I never finished! Do you think 2026 should be the year I complete the coven?

And do you rope your partner into your projects too - just me? 😅

Jealous??? 😏
What’s the best thing you’ve ever found at a thrift store? Are you a trinket hoarder like me?

If you saw me post this yesterday, no you didn’t 🤫

The big climax! 😱⛈️☔️🐎
Sometimes calmness during chaos can be a quiet strength 🎶

Swipe for yummy paint viscosity and the original sketch! I like to start things digitally so I can move it all around easily and block colors without having to worry about wasting paint. As you can see, I ended up flipping the illustration at the end as well so that it would read from left to right.

Mama Pearl’s twins were born quite different from the other mermaids. Rita in particular was quite opposite, in fact 🐟 🧜‍♀️

Working on my #bookdummy for this one! Will actually probably end up redoing this piece as a result lol, oh well 🤷‍♀️

Received some lovely comments regarding this piece in particular at the #scbwiaustin conference this past weekend - glad that are folks who are just as silly as me 🤭 Also got to experiment with masking fluid, which is pretty cool!

All I want to do is make silly little girly stories that make me feel the high of solving the mystery of who stole Barbie’s friend’s horse back in 2003 🐎🌸

Hi, I’m Annie! I write and illustrate stories for the 90s girlies who’ve grown up to be aunts, moms, and big sisters with joyous, colorful fairy children in their lives 💖🏰

These come from a story I wrote and illustrated back in 2019 😱 Decided to redo a couple of the pages with a renewed #whimsigoth aesthetic 🌙

It is about a #unicorn whose only power is rainbows, which she thinks is useless compared to healing, growing, and protective #magic
She learns though that having fun and creating beauty and joy are just as important! 🌈
