IM GOING TO THE PHILIPPINES!!! 🇵🇭 🇵🇭🇵🇭 Ever since I was little, my dream has been to share the Gospel with all nations and all people. Now here I am, in a place I never even expected to be in. God first sent me to California and now He is leading me even further, walking me step by step on the path He has prepared for me. I am so grateful and in awe of what He is doing. The Philippines has no idea what is coming, because Jesus is about to do amazing things. God truly surprises you in ways you would never expect, and my heart is so full of gratitude. ANDDDD I am beyond thankful and so happy for the team I get to walk this journey with 🥹❤️❤️❤️ by @annielizz_

Today, august 23, 2026, my abuelo graduated to heaven. He lived almost 93 years on this earth and boy did he live a life.

Some of my earliest and favorite memories are of being in Honduras with him. I always loved going to visit him, and I think that’s why so many of the little things I remember from Honduras are really just memories of Abuelo.

One thing being his hair. It was so white and fluffy, almost like white wool. I would constantly play with it and every time I did, he would just look up and smile at me. He also had accidentally chopped off one of his fingers years ago, and little me thought it was the funniest thing that my Abuelo only had nine and a half fingers. I would always ask my dad to retell the story to me of how that happened.

He also had a little shop right in front of his house, and every day while he would sit outside waiting for customers, I would play pretend, acting as if I owned the shop myself.

One of the things I’ll always admire most about you, Abuelo, is the way you loved your family. I got to see how much your children meant to you, and how deeply you cared for the people around you. Your love for your children was something so clear and so genuine, and it’s funny because everyone called you abuelo even if they weren’t blood related but yet you treated them as if they were.

So today we honor you. We honor your life, your legacy, and how you impacted us all. I know right now you’re having the most amazing time dancing with Jesus, so keep on dancing.
