Day 97/100 of the Flow Aufguss Challenge, it's the final countdown!
(Tragical missed opportunity for me to use that song)

As promised; the video that means the world to me.

What started as a joking response to a remark briefly made in conversation, I picked up a towel thinking - "How hard can it possibly be?"
What followed, was everything I could've wished for, and more.
In the span of two years, I started, trained hard, had muscle sores taking weeks to recover, took hiatuses, came back to fall in love with it once again, and worked hard for my certificates; Aufguss changed me as a person, and changed my perspectives and horizon.

And that with the most special thanks to the most inspirational people in this field, who did not only teach me patiently, but also showed me what world could unfold in front of me, if only I'd allow it to: Bogdan, Sigrid, Whitney, Marc, Andy, Iva, I'll forever look up to you all!

P.s. This is the one time a calligraphy course came in super handy. I'd 100% recommend to all.

Day 65/100 of the @flow.aufguss.academy challenge, with a variation of an earlier transition.
Waving at 4Bft, I think you'll understand the thought process.

We're nearing the last 30 days, a big big shout-out to @sillekf for pushing through, being the fire behind keeping this challenge going, and for going that extra mile every time.

Whether you have years of experience or just picked up a towel, find us all in this challenge and join us!
Are you next? 👀

Back for the @flow.aufguss.academy challenge, my favourite time of the day, this time with a mix of moves close to my heart.
Don't forget that behind this little video, there is 3+ hours of footage of me failing, pulling faces (just like in this one), big deep sighs and endlessly telling myself to 'take it easy', prior to this little bit.

With big regards to @ricardo_undso for reminding me how much I love the move The Elegance!

@sillekf... So about that weird... Stay tuned 👀

I don't usually misremember names, but halfway through the process of dotting this gladiolus, I decided to call it delphinium.
Delphinium next?
