Feeling especially grateful for another year of life and for the people who fill mine. The ones who love me, believe in me, make me laugh, and show up for me in all the ways that matter.

So much to be thankful for, and so much to look forward to. Here’s to all that’s still ahead. 🤍

Thank you to everyone who spent time with me and reached out yesterday. I felt very loved. 🥹 by @anniewannies

So grateful for the opportunity to sit down with Logan from Access Carolina today to share the story behind Heylo Studio!

We got to talk about what Heylo is, show her some of the props we’ve made and curated, and share a little about how we got here. So thankful for the chance to tell our story and connect with others in our community! ✨

Stay tuned for the full interview—we can’t wait to share it with you! 🎥 by @anniewannies

300 classes at @soulyogastudio 🧘🏻‍♀️

Not 300 perfect days. Not 300 days I felt motivated. Just 300 times I chose to show up.

This practice has carried me through some beautiful seasons and some hard ones, always reminding me that I can do hard things.

Grateful for every teacher who has inspired me, challenged me, and encouraged me, and for this incredible community that makes every class feel like home.

Here’s to the next 300. ✨ taken in Soul Yoga by @anniewannies
