Finally eating more and building more muscle again after the 22nd! Oh, y’all can’t believe how much I‘m looking forward to that! On my way to the best shape of my life 💪🏻.

Work hard, but also remember to intentionally take your play time 😜
⠀⠀
The reason I write INTENTIONALLY is because I used to feel guilty about “chilling“ after work. The reason? I didn’t set my intention around it, but rather did it, because it’s the social norm. When we “chill” on autopilot after work without a purpose around it, I’m asking myself: Why even chill at all? In my opinion we should choose our life and not just let it happen to us. Living intentionally brings purpose and meaning to our lives. And when you think about it: When we chill intentionally, even that is productive (= the opposite of what most people resonate with “chilling“). 200IQ - moves 😂.
⠀⠀
I’m about to have a wonderful leg day and treat myself to the newest Ahsoka episode + pizza after! I’m still cutting (week 9), so that pizza is going to taste extra good 🤤. The carbs are going to absolutely help with tomorrows training too 😜.
⠀⠀
Have a wonderful day 💥👊🏻😊

Not talking much - Just want to check in with y’all and let you guys know that I am alive. A sleep deprived gamer .. but alive 😂. I am doing a lot of things outside of Instagram and let me tell you that it‘s exhausting sometimes .. but the love for my job exceeds the workload and let’s be honest: I wouldn’t even want it any other way because I know that great things require a great work ethic and also having to make sacrifices. You gotta work for it. To those here who pursue big goals know exactly what I am talking about - keep pushing, Fam 👊🏻
⠀⠀
BE EXCITED FOR OCTOBER! It seems like you’ll see me more often on Instagram again. I really miss y’all and the grind ☺️

Wearing Goku‘s Colors 💙🧡 Where My Dragon Ball Fans At?
⠀⠀⠀⠀
🎥 Went to see Dragon Ball Super: Super Hero on Tuesday and it was amazing!
⠀⠀⠀⠀
Did you watch it?
⠀⠀
⬇️ I‘d love to read your rating in the comments!
_⠀⠀

First I had mixed feelings about this movie because of Goku not playing a big part in it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀
.. BUT that didn’t bother me anymore while watching the movie.
⠀⠀⠀
In my opinion they did an awesome job!
⠀⠀
💭 Gohan has been my fave character in DBZ until they made him “🤓📚“ and neglecting his training haha. I’m glad he got his time to shine again (doesn’t matter under which circumstances 😂). Piccolo = 🔥. Loved the comeback of “Red Ribbon“, the new characters and the familiar ones, the easter eggs, ..
⠀⠀⠀
11/10.

Posting a photo in times of Instagram pushing video content HARD, is a brave act ✋🏻😮‍💨🤚🏻
⠀⠀
You enjoying photo or video content more?
⠀⠀
I’m on Instagram for quite a long time now and I gotta say those changes do excite me! They challenge me as a creator and want me to go out of my comfort zone. Not because I’m forced to .. because I WANT to. Trying out new things + adapting to changes is a big part of becoming a better creator and person in general. Short form video content is a good thing and definitely something I want to experiment more with on Instagram (already did some but I want to do more). However, photos will ALWAYS be a part of my Instagram page! I couldn’t imagine an Instagram page without photos. It’s what made Instagram to what it is in first place, don’t y’all think so too?

I turned into Ms. Chalice! 💛
Sharing my first ever cosplay content on Instagram - something I wanted to do for so long and will definitely share more of. Enjoy!
⠀⠀
Having a special bond with Cuphead since it’s the first difficult game I‘ve played on stream and it laid the foundation for an absolutely amazing journey! Cosplaying the (upcoming) tritagonist of Cuphead was a BLAST and I am looking forward to finish “The Cuphead Show” today. Also there’s a Cuphead DLC coming out in June with Ms. Chalice! Very excited for that and I’ll definitely be playing it on stream.
⠀⠀
Who else is excited? 😍
⠀⠀
I hope you like my version of her! I decided to do the Netflix version. I’ll probably do the DLC version too when it comes out 👀 Stay tuned!
⠀⠀
Have a lovely day,
