The kitchen originally was closed off as a separate entity. As large as it was it needed to be part of the rest of the house and so we decided to take out the wall separating it from the dining room and lounge.

It was quite a job, rubble and dust consumed us but once it was done it put new meaning to a large kitchen that was no longer cut off from the rest of the house. Thanks to my amazing team it was a success!

What a completely different looking house, from when we started renovating to now. It’s brighter, it has a fresh look, spacious and so welcoming! Here is the before and after. I’d love to hear what you like about the new look in the comments!

This bathroom was scary, we had to go right down to the bare bones. Everywhere in this bathroom was wrong. Pipes needed to be changed and the floor was so uneven and had to be leveled. But the result was breath taking thanks to my construction team.

And now my guests can enjoy the wheelchair friendly walk in shower, in this spacious bathroom.

If you’re looking for a spacious house, 200m from the beach for your next vacation- WhatsApp me before we officially open for bookings. +27825789989 or email info@casagrandefishhoek.com

It all started 6 months ago and went from zero to hero. The more we renovated this heritage house the more things we found needed to be replaced. It was quite an experience.

This is the story of how this aged house turned into a dream vacation rental home.

Follow us to be part of our story, who knows you might even rent it one day! We are in the process of getting our sites up and running- so keep an eye out for us, we’d love the support.

Give me a thumbs up in the comments if you’re excited to see some amazing pics, soon to be released.

Only when we realize that it’s not another day, but one day less, will we begin to appreciate the important things.

Today was important time spent with my daughter, not sun bathing or lying on the beach, but taking a moment to chat, about how some people just can’t see past themselves. Life is too short to let these type of people make a dent in your world, especially when there are so many beautiful people out there who really do care!

So just remember that you’re amazing and you deserve the best always❤️ taken in Rivière Noire, Black River, Mauritius by @annmarot

Sometimes going back to nature gives you the answers you’re looking for and this is why you need to take a break from your work life and go to the bush. I filmed this on a trip to Mjejane Game reserve in South Africa- what a great place to spend time with great friends!

This special person came into my life as a client and then as the years went by you realize that this person was meant to be there and the strongest bond is formed. My dear friend Nianell (Sonia Nel) and her beautiful family spent 3 days with me in my home in the Cape last week. It was such a pleasure to share moments with them on their adventures. My message is; Treasure your good friendships we all need good people around us and in our lives! @nianellmusic
