If you ask your coordinator how long they plan on being onsite on event day and they tell you less than 16 hours, either they haven’t actually executed an event before or they’re inexperienced and not quite sure what event days actually entail.

This is exactly why asking the right questions before you book matters. Read reviews. Ask about their process. Ask what a typical event day timeline looks like for them. Do your research…when it comes to events and weddings, you get what you pay for. The least expensive option doesn’t always mean the best deal for your day.
