First and foremost, all praises to the most high. Let me start by saying how much ANNOTTO means to us and to many of you. From the beginning planning stages of ANNOTTO, the intention was only to open for 1 year to test out our concept. We opened directly in the middle of the pandemic. Over the past few years, we have grown with the support of each and every one of you. My family and I are extremely grateful for the opportunity we have been given to share our LOVE for food with you. I would have never expected to grow in the ways that we did. Not only with our customer base but very meaningful relationships and conversations.

Many of you may know I'm a full-time secondary school teacher. Each day when im done teaching, me, my wife, and my oldest daughter open our doors to service our customers. The restaurant has done remarkable in our 3 years of opening, even with our minimal hours of operation. Unfortunately, due to a number of factors, many being out of our hands, we have made the decision to close our beloved restaurant. The last day of service will be on January 13th, 2024, just one day after our 3 year anniversary.

God willing, I will forever be grateful for the lessons learned and our time spent at the restaurant. The plan in the near future is to share some of our recipes, ideas, techniques, and dishes with you via tutorial videos and content. See you soon dear friends💯

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported the first ever Annotto Stush Pop Up Dinner. The love, energy, and support in the room made the entire night unforgettable. To every guest who showed up, shared a meal, and celebrated with us we truly appreciate you.

Each course was walk through my childhood food memories. The things that shaped me as a Chef.

A huge thank you as well to the real MVPs who helped behind the scenes. From plating, delicious mocktails, service to setup, and every small detail in between the night was only possible because of the incredible people who put their time, effort, and passion into making it happen.

This is only the beginning. God willing I will have more pop up dinners and exciting events coming soon, and we can’t wait to share what’s next with you all. Also, don’t forget Mother’s Day Brunch is on the way, and it’s going to be something you won’t want to miss.

Thank you again for making history with us. Annotto Stush is just getting started, love, blessings and guidance.
