Family game night just got a whole lot more chaotic 😂🃏

We picked up Exploding Kittens: Curse You at Target, and what started as “just one round” quickly turned into laughs, friendly competition, and plenty of unexpected twists. Every time we thought we had the game figured out, something new kept the fun going.

One of the best food deals I’ve found in NYC🦞🍺

My workout day essentials 💪🏻 ➡️

My routine is about so much more than the time I spend at the gym, it’s all the little habits before and after that help me stay consistent ✨

These are my workout day essentials:
✨ Warming up before I train
💪🏻 Giving my best during my workout
💧 Rehydrating
🌀 Taking a few minutes to foam roll and stretch

🍳 Refueling with a protein-packed breakfast
