Have you decided to pause before?

I’m currently on an intentional pause, and it has been filled with self-introspection🤠.

There’s a deep kind of pain when you confront the less “beautiful” side of yourself.

The one who hasn’t healed, who hasn’t let anyone hold their hand through the pain, the one who clings to the fear blanket (Check my LinkedIn, you say no🌚)

A simple truth that confronts my fears and reminds me and them who’s boss.

* But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore, I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 2 Corinthians 12:9 (NIV)

Dear superman/superwoman, REST.

You’re not expected to figure it all out on your own; in truth, you can’t. It’s normal not to be the strongest because, side note, no one is☺️. Beauty is subjective, but your heart? Treat it gently.

Celebrating the greatest Father🫡 because HE is GOOD and it’s got nothing to do with my ability or non. I just get to trust in His finished work, put my heart and mind (dear overthinkers🫢) in His hands, HE CARES and is MORE THAN ABLE.

Fun Fact: I went to #greatmanliveinlondon and received confirmation on this post🥹❤️.

Minister @folabinuel will release a song that captures the beauty of this heart exchange.

And minister @greatmantakit will release two songs that capture how there is healing for your heart and resilient joy in Christ❤️.

I hope you’re as excited as I am🤭.

I boast in Christ Jesus, the sacrifice that I have been given freely to live for and to rest in 1 Corinthians 1:31🤩.

Meet Anointed, she trusts in her anchor (He who makes crooked paths straight, He who resides within me)

I often get the compliment (I’ll call it a compliment lol) that I look young and I’ve strongly realised that God has kept my heart young with time in Him. Kept my disposition as Joy with time in Him🫂🥹✨. Radiant of His glory, if you get me🤣🤭.

This truly is a new age of Grace✨, I hear it, I see it and I live it!

Fun fact: I always make my posts at midnight but I didn’t do that this is year, I waited and I understand why. I thank God for the gift of friendship, the gift of family, the gift of love and the gift of growth🤭. I live a privileged life to be cared for by JIREH and I’m too too grateful to be ungrateful. taken in In His Presence by @anointed.o.o

In a time where we’re really understanding the power of our voice, I thought to share my views on “THE POWER OF COMMUNITY IN SOCIAL CHANGE” and focus on Feminism as a movement that needs community in order to grow even more.

I admire @herstory_ng for their commitment to ensure awareness on issues that affect women in different countries and the need for change.

What are your thoughts on feminism as a social movement? Please share in the comments✨

Postcard worthy memories from JUNE 2026🟢🫢✨.

I deeply valued June 🥺

Even though I had a back-and-forth with my health in June, and took a reset for the next half, it was such a full restorative month✨

The people I have met and learnt from this year, simply leaves me shocked at the amount of untapped wisdommmmmmm available because of lack of access.

Fun Fact: Building in public is such an interesting process while sometimes I encourage it, because there’s a liberating element to it but don’t fall for the consuming trap of it.

My therapist said "Grief is not the enemy, choosing despair is.

And mehn was she right😂.

It’s very difficult being told to “take the time to grieve” because there is no roadmap for grieving.

Six months down the line, and I still do not fully know what it means to “take time to grieve.”

What is grief?
Intense sorrow, often caused by death.

I feel it every time I speak about this person in the present tense.

I feel it every time I realise I cannot call this person to celebrate milestones anymore.

Here are the things I can tell you about grief:

You can avoid despairing with, and only with God

There is a finality to death that grief cannot change.

However, there is peace to receive when you realise you cannot change the current circumstances, but you can be intentional about the life you still have now.

Scriptures that comfort me and have comforted me🤍

‭Matthew‬ ‭11‬:‭28‬ ‭NLT‬‬
“Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.”

‭‭Hebrews‬ ‭4‬:‭15‬ ‭NLT‬‬
“This High Priest of ours understands our weaknesses, for he faced all of the same testings we do, yet he did not sin.”

2 Timothy 4:7 NKJV
“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith.”

And she did🙏🏾

‭‭Revelation‬ ‭14‬:‭13‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
“Then I heard a voice from heaven saying to me, “Write: ‘Blessed are the dead who die in the Lord from now on.’ ” “Yes,” says the Spirit, “that they may rest from their labors, and their works follow them.””

‭‭Isaiah‬ ‭25‬:‭8‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
“He will swallow up death forever, And the Lord God will wipe away tears from all faces; The rebuke of His people He will take away from all the earth; For the Lord has spoken.”

And He has, in JESUS.

You start your degree with zeal.

But somewhere along the way,
you’re faced with too many choices,
too much information,
and impact not quantified.

You begin to question:
Am I doing the right thing?
Am I even preparing for the right opportunities?

That’s why HOPE is here to help you with clarity in motion.

Clarity in motion is,
Structure.
An action plan for after the degree.

The degree will not finish you.
You will finish it.
