Grace, it overflows.
It floods the soul that has turned and trusted in Jesus,
washing past, present, and future clean,
anchoring the believer in an unshakable standing before God.
To the world, grace is extended like open arms
patient, calling, sufficient for all.

To those who have come to Him by faith,
it does more than invite, it abides.

The cross is wide enough for every sinner,
yet its river runs full and free

Grace does not ask the crowd for permission.
It flows upon our heads through Jesus.. Yeah.. grace is
poured into us freely, not earned.
“While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.”
The system of this age rewards conformity,
but the kingdom rewards surrender.
The world says, prove yourself.
The gospel says, It is finished.

Blessed are the lowly,
the broken spirits,
the ones who stop seeking applause
from hands that once held nails.
For Scripture is clear:
“Do not be conformed to this world,
but be transformed.” let the light of Christ ever shine on you so that you can see "you" more clearly. Be yourself in His light and be free.. by @anointed_cosmos

My inner child never had a chance.
Before I had words, before I could name the world
evil had already seeped into me, quiet and relentless.
A poisoned needle pressed into my heart
through hands that should have held a child with care.
I did not know I was being wounded.
I did not know that laughter could carry cruelty.
I thought it was normal, an adult thing,
and so I carried shame where safety should have been.
It sank into my bones, silent and heavy,

A childhood that could not defend itself.
Even now, the echo lingers
a shadow of innocence lost,
a memory of trust betrayed,
a sorrow that still bends the heart.

Yes.. My inner child never had a chance.
Before I understood it, something was taken.
Hands that should have protected me left a wound I couldn’t name.
I thought it was normal.
They laughed.
