Berry & Yogurt Parfait 🍓 No Added Sugar, Just Natural Sweetness ✨

Simple, pretty and delicious🍓🫐

Cooked berries with a squeeze of fresh lemon 🍋, creamy yogurt and fresh fruit layered into a little glass of goodness.

No added sugar — I simply let the natural sweetness of the berries shine✨

A beautiful little treat made with real, simple ingredients. 💕

Remembering to slow down. One step, one day at a time. That’s enough❤️

Perfection is not a requirement, but movement is even in the smallest way. I may not wake up excited to train, but I wake up grateful every day🙏🏼

Gratitude for movement.
Gratitude for this day.
Gratitude for the privilege to share.
Gratitude for you reading this.
Gratitude for everything, every day❤️

Here’s my take on what I call a Beef Bowl—with protein, of course! 😂🌮

I’ve been making this bowl long before my weight-loss journey. The only real difference now is that I skip the taco shells and the cottage cheese—because too much of a good thing is never good!😂

I use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream (I’ve moved on 😂), simply because it’s a lighter option.

Even though I don’t count calories, I’m always looking for little ways to make better-for-me choices.

I’ve also always preferred red kidney beans over black beans, so that’s what goes into my bowl🫘

For me, it’s about creating systems that work for me long term—not following a diet that I can’t maintain. 🫶🏼🙌🏼

Would you give this version a try?❤️

I made this lunch bowl because I was tired of that afternoon slump and constantly looking for something sweet later in the day.

In the YouTube video, I explain what I changed and why this combination works so well for me❤️

When you make big changes in your life, protecting your peace and choosing yourself can define not only the journey, but whether you get to where you want to go.
And perhaps that’s what I’m learning most of all.
Choosing yourself doesn’t mean you stop caring about everyone else.

It means you finally understand that you matter too❤️

This Beef Bites recipe honestly makes me feel like I struck gold. 🤩

Air fryer, pantry staples, high in protein, and one of the easiest meals to prep for lunch bowls or a quick, satisfying snack.

The full recipe is on my blog, and you can watch the full video on YouTube.

You’re welcome. 🤷🏻‍♀️😍😅
