This Sunday, August 2nd from 11-2pm, we have a collaboration that is truly special to us all! You already love @taqueria.aguila, but did you think about their flavors on a bagel? @blazindavid is cooking up a very special lengua birria, served up on our jalapeno cheddar bagel, with a side of consommé. Add a side of salsa macha!

We will have a CHURRO BAGEL: covered in cinnamon sugar crumble and served with a side of duvalin spread. Go ahead and swipe through to see some gorgeous shots by @flavizle of this decadent bagel. Add an espresso martini to round it out because - yes that’s right - the @canaryclublou bar is opening up early for this unmissable event.

But wait! There’s more! A DJ set by @hmm_seemstasty to amp those brunch vibes. Swipe for the menu! Items include chilaquiles, elote and à la Mexican quiche, blue corn masa blondies made with masienda and a luxurious frosting, and margarita bars.

We are all so excited to cook for you. See you Sunday!

The menu is here! Swing by and see us Saturday from 10-1p at @canaryclublou . This weekend, we are pre-celebrating Dainty with a bologna and cheese bialy! We’ll have dill pickle spread, lemon and rosemary spread, and lemon bars! Fuel up before festivities at the Merryweather and get your mind set right for the Dainty competition on Monday.

Summer time means tomato heaven and you can enjoy these beauties two ways: a tomato bialy and tomato pie! Pair with a side of cucumber salad or Korean potato salad. Miso peanut butter cookies are back. See you this weekend!

Hey! We have a special collaboration popup on Sunday from 12-2p at @canaryclublou !

Our friend @chefciromatteo is making some delicious bagel sandwiches! The Tony, in honor of Ciro’s dad (and his birthday!), features all the Italian deli meats, fresh grown Kentucky tomato, lettuce and vinegar herb dressing on a sesame bagel. The Cutlet is a breaded chicken cutlet with house made sundried tomato and walnut pesto spreads. Oh, and we’ll have a DEC Bialy on everything.

See you for a special treat this Sunday!

Menu drop for Saturday 6/20 from 10-1 at @canaryclublou !

We have earned a lot of new followers recently and want to take an opportunity to reintroduce ourselves. We are Kendra and Andrew Soliday (@solidayswork / @another_soliday) and we launched Spread by Soliday in November of 2025. We fell in love with Montreal style bagels during our honeymoon and started making our own at home years and years ago. Hailing from that tradition, we boil our bagels in Kentucky sorghum and have truly customized ours to be Kentucky-style bagels: chewy skin on the outside and pillowy soft on the inside. Bagels are baked and served fresh from the oven every Saturday and all spreads are scratch made. We don’t do plain.

You can always find a selection of quiche, a sweet treat, and some sides - all house made.

We are a chihuahua family and they sometimes appear for extra cute and sassy content. Swipe for a family photo in Quebec City at the Fairmont Le Chateau Frontenac.

See you Saturday!

Our friend @chefciromatteo has been making glorious breakfast sandwiches with our bagels - indulgence for his enjoyment.

One of those is the DEC: smoked duck, egg, and cheese. It’s a classic take on a New York bodega sandwich, but elevated. We are excited to share it with you and introduce our first collaboration!

Join us Sunday June 14th from 12noon-2pm and enjoy a DEC of your own!

Swipe for a photo of this delicious creation.
