pinky is always up for @katseyeworld 🩷🤙🏻

finally i got some time to do something for pinky up, (and finally able to make another character) the song has already went platinum in my home. I know everyone is hating but they could never hate it, just love the dance, love the prechorus, love the little rap. tired of all the hate around them and hope it can all go away and the girls can be happy and successful !!

add up my love @grandmasbalcony ♡ 🫎

finally got this one out and I’m happy that i decided to get out to the balcony during lunar new year celebration with my wired headphone and recorded this random video. i just love how my first cover of the year is a clairo song cause i just fell in love with her music this year, it’s just cozy yet melancholic. excited to cover more from her in the future (when im free :( from all the work and assignments ) @clairo

🤍 next stop: the trying era
every-time you got over a big mountain, the next hill is always going to be higher. for me, im in the peak of the mountain looking up to all the fog covering my destination, not knowing what should I do after the graduation, everyone is giving their 2cents and their criticism on how I should live my future. tbh, trying is so scary because even i don’t know what my next step will be, not knowing if this is the right path, not knowing how to argue with people on why my path is the right one. gotta admit that im scared to disappoint other, scared that it will just lead to something horrible. each day im carrying some kind of guilt and anxiety that im just lazing around and not actually being productive. i hope this will be my starting point to write and record the songs i wish i have, to design the thing i want to. let this reel be the manifestation for me to “try”

( the 44th Hong Kong Film Awards
poster design entry 🎞️ )

The theme of the award show “Starry Rain and Fireworks: Prelude of the Blooming Brilliance” celebrates not only the glamour in front of the big screen, but also the harsh, enduring journey behind every performance. In this poster, the theme is extended to the idea of growth: the belief that an actor’s brilliance is not an instant explosion, but the result of decades of training and refinement.

In my poster, the Hong Kong Film Awards statue is reimagined as a glowing figure, resembling the moment before the firework spark, the prelude to the blooming brilliance. For an actor, the brilliance radiates from within as it’s shaped by their craftsmanship and growth. The flowing colours trace the inner energy of the performers as they continually transform, echoing the way their work illuminates the city’s film industry.

A palette of reddish orange and blue resemble the magic hour, the brief yet splendid moment right before the nighttime, when it feels like the harshness of the days are all temporary and worthy. It mirrors the awards ceremony of the Hong Kong Film Awards as a radiant point in an actor’s journey, where years of unseen effort finally got celebrated and recognized.

🩷 the final step of my capstone… pinky is up for my booth no.14. even tho it may not be the most professional booth, i’m still happy and proud that i got to make my vision come true, to guide people through the undefaulting process with that platform and to make that installation with laser cut. i just wish people seeing the booth would also understand and love it… welcome to see the booth in the design show on 6/F
