I’ve had the idea for a multi-day mountain bike stage race on the shores of Lake Superior for a few years now. It was awesome to see our friends at @superiorcyclingassociation actually pull it off! Three days of incredible riding and racing, beautiful trails and perfect weather. Thanks to my on call IT team, I was able to provide timing and my unique flavor of controlled chaos to an amazing weekend. Make sure to put the Sawtooth Stage Race on your schedule for next year🤘 taken in Caribou Highlands Lodge on Lutsen Mountains by @anselschimpff

Doubled my nordic skiing for the season and starfished my way through another @americanbirkebeiner. Thanks to the @theskihut for extra fast skis, and the Birkie crew for extra fast snow. 10/10 by @anselschimpff

This was our most recent Thai Bodywork Level 2 Course. So much love in the Room. Congrats to these Humans.

I have had a hard time posting lately, because really…..we know what is consuming Minnesota right now.

We are here though, if support is in need….I can 500% say that from our team…#wesupportyou

The World Needs Love RIGHT NOW.
If you have not reached out to help your neighbors or tried to make a difference….IT IS TIME.
Reach Out. Show Up. Retaliate. Represent. Give Loving Kindness.

I really don’t have the right words. I try but I always fall short.

I will say that “all are welcome here at Muggymoose” but if you are not supporting your community, it’s time to think again.
It’s time people. Show Up……Know your Rights…..Ask for Help. We all want to help, it’s just that sometimes we don’t know how.

Duluth is an amazing community with people that really want to help and love their neighbors. Let’s please all lean on each other; it’s really one of the things we CAN do.
We got your back @muggymoose and we are also working to help everyone. We’re all in this together people….cant you see it?

Ok…..thats all and it’s not all at all. It’s all so much.

I love our community; let’s lean…..on each other…..as best we can. The least we can do is 💗.
Congrats @ella.energetics! Congrats @amy_davis_3!Congrats @luokkalalisa! Come back and do your test out @_daniellejosie_ !
