Greatest leverage that we have as entrepreneurs is:
JOY

Why? Bc a joyful mind is breading ground for clarity.

The state of energy we put into our business is going to have a compound effect over time. Are we putting in joyful momentum, or fear driven brute force.

I’m an ex Amazon software engineer 4 months into my entrepreneurial journey. And finding regular pockets of activity that fill my cup is a non negotiable for me.

both are AI agents. you don't give them a task, you give them a job.

they keep working in the background, remember what happened, and come back to you when something needs your attention.

🔵 DOTS (OpenAI)
→ one main assistant
→ lives inside ChatGPT
→ runs on OpenAI's own model

⚫ GROK BOT (xAI)
→ build a team of bots, each with its own role
→ picks the best AI model for each task (even Claude)

chatbots wait for you to ask.
agents take the job and run with it.

It is amazing how this practice can take u towards everything u want to achieve in life as EVERYTHING is a MIND GAME

Comment “knead” to get on waitlist for early access! 🍃

I am launching the all for free on purpose 🚀

I believe in providing real value to users and clinics before I ask for anything in return.

I have faith that one of the business models I have in mind is bound to work out.

11 days out and honestly the scariest part isn’t the code. It’s whether Vancouver shows up.

〰️〰️〰️

@kneadhealth is a health care appointment search engine launching in Vancouver, BC 🌄

Comment “knead” and I’ll send u the waitlist 💣

13 days till @kneadhealth is live.

4th rebuild of this UI 👹

Here’s how I did it:

→ Mobbin. pulled real screens from every marketplace app instead of designing from memory

→ started with the smallest component (one filter chip) instead of the whole screen

→ made Claude mock up versions instead of implement. I can’t judge a design from a paragraph, I have to SEE it

Picking from 4 mockups takes 10 min. Building the wrong one takes a day.

Doing one of these vids every day till launch. Come watch if u wanna see whether this thing actually works.

Rooting for us ❤️

Working in tech is still hard. Coding got easier — the hard part just shifted, from technical engineering to people engineering.

Which is the thing I ran out of time for in the video: this breaks hiring.

For years the question was “can they do the job?” AI made that one easy to answer.

The expensive question now is how they work with everyone else.

→ what do they value
→ how do they handle being wrong
→ ownership, or looking for someone to blame
→ do they make the room smarter, or just louder
→ how are their listening comprehension skills

None of that fits in a 45-minute interview loop.

Same with performance reviews. Still counting PRs bc PRs are countable.

Nobody’s built the rubric for the part that actually matters yet.

My startup is a family affair 🙈 Here what we worked on last week

Mom Jain is a cracked software engineer helping me with Knead’s development!

@kneadhealth is a health care search engine. Think ClassPass but for health care.

This week we build last week:

1) Build our Beta environment which is deployed on Vultr. A Test Beta environment allows us to catch issues before deploying to production

2) In conversation with Clinics and getting their feedback on the software

3) Developed a new feature where user can type address and app find appointments in that area

We are almost at finish line!!! Last stretch in getting ready to launch in Vancouver 🫶❤️ taken in Vancouver, British Columbia by @anshaftercoffee

On aug 26th, some of the places you see in this videos were swept away in seconds.

A glacial lake high in Tibet burst, sending a wall of flash floods through the Nepal–Tibet border.

Just two months earlier, in June, we were blessed to travel that exact route.

We got to Mount Kailash by road through Nepal, across the border into Tibet — one of the hardest sacred places on Earth to reach.

Days of mountain roads. High altitude. Remote valleys.

For thousands of years, seekers from every eastern faith have made this hard journey to feel closer to God.

The immigration center where we crossed — gone in seconds.
The valleys we drove through — devastated.

Most of the souls on that road were pilgrims, hearts set on Kailash.
The rest were the ones who served the pilgrim there — the sherpas, the guides, the cooks.
Others were simple sweet souls settled in the valleys.

Some seeking a higher purpose; others quietly serving one.
——

This short tribute is woven from moments I captured along the journey.

Many may not have reached Kailash in physical body, but their souls made the journey home to its eternal abode.

Om Namah Shivaya 🙏🏽

I am 31, and im not afraid to admit that:

1. I am not currently where I initially thought I would be in my entrepreneurial journey 3 months in.

2. I get excited about new goals, but have had a tendency to not follow them through to completion.

3. Theres this pressure I carry to be of service to my society. Even when I know I do help, I know I’m capable of so much more.

4. ADHD can get the best of me many times. Sometimes I feel like I have so much to do, it can feel overwhelming.

5. Most people would suggest that I am extroverted, but I crave more me time. Too much social interaction drains me

6. I had major imposter syndrome in the middle of my career at Amazon. I realized a lot of it was due to being a women in an all male team.

7. I feel this restless guilt when I dont accomplish the things I set out to do for the day. Its a fine balance

8. I face resistance in cold reach outs to customers for my health care app (knead), even though I am an extrovert. I have to keep consciously pushing past this resistance

9. A voice inside my head fears judgement from the people I care about and their thoughts on my content creation journey. I used to take their lack of support as judgement behind the scene. I’ve come a long way since

This journey is a fine balance between effort and compassion.

I am far from perfect but I am confident that this constant learning, growing, and healing is taking me where I am meant to be .

If you need a safe place to do the same, this is it. Follow along :)

Apple really shipped my app idea as a free iOS feature lmao

my first idea: meeting summaries, but for real life. in-person convos, phone calls. Zoom has it, so why doesn’t everything else?

so I built it. then iPhone dropped call summaries and half my idea was gone overnight.

could I have kept going? technically yes.

but I’d rather find a real gap than fight Apple for scraps.

so I pivoted. 4, maybe 5 times. completely different ideas. before landing on knead — the app I’ve been building for the last 2 months.

and TBH this is the biggest lesson from going engineer → founder:
- It’s not about being attached to the idea. It’s about being attached to who ur becoming while building it.

if knead stops making sense tomorrow, I’ll pivot again. and that doesn’t scare me anymore.

In the mean time, I am giving Knead my all because I truly believe this problem needs a solution.

Rooting for us ❤️

Hi if ur new here, I’m Ansh 👋 I quit my 8yr Amazon career to start my own startup.

It’s been the most exhilarating 2 months of my life.

My background is in engineering, but now I get to do everything from start to finish. I am learning so much.

Most of all, I am letting my minds optimistic resilience lead the way.

After all, it’s all a mental game.
