In this season— rather than moving just to outrun my thoughts, I’m learning to sit with them.

she’s 255555555!!!🥳💗

My shmophia came to come visit me in my new city and meet my new friends(!!!), I coached my first solo class, we watched the sunrise over the city on my special day, I found out I’m allergic to yellowjackets(she’s an epi girl now🤪), might’ve torn my ACL in my other leg, and got some yummy mexican food & margaritas to wrap up my time with my girl.

25 has gotten off to a bit of a rocky start— but am so grateful I get to keep doing life with my people. Here’s to all the good that’s still to come🤗 taken in Denver, Colorado by @ansleymorgan__

happy birthday to my shmem.

it feels weird not celebrating with you this year. thanks for holding me together all these years. we may fight like sisters, but I wouldn’t want anyone else by my side through it all.

missing you extra today.

truly one of the hardest, but most rewarding things I’ve ever done.

getting to know these people outside the gym was such a gift. being alongside them as they struggled, persisted, pushed past their fears was a feeling like no other. I’m so grateful for this crew and can’t wait for more adventures to come!!! ⛰️🌞🦋 taken in La Plata Peak by @ansleymorgan__
