I didn’t always let myself dream of being an artist.

For years, I studied business and engineering, trying to fit into a version of life that felt safe—even if it never felt like me. I moved from city to city—Buenos Aires, Santiago, Bogotá, NYC, Miami—searching for a place where I belonged. But no matter how far I went, I kept feeling out of place, like I was always translating myself.

Born in Argentina to a Cuban mother and Chilean father, I grew up in-between cultures. I learned early how to observe, how to adapt, how to create. I wrote poetry, published books, painted, designed—but still, I hesitated to claim it as a career.

Eventually, I stopped running from myself. I studied design at Parsons. Exhibited work in New York, Chile, Miami. And now, I tattoo and paint full-time in Raleigh, building the life I used to think wasn’t possible.

Belonging wasn’t a place—it was a decision to live in alignment with who I am.
