This is only a glimpse.

In my room in Berlin vibing to my latest single while working on what’s next. 🎶😎

If you haven’t heard it yet, go give it a spin. If you have… run it back and vibe with me! 😂 Available on all platforms. Spotify, Apple Music, iTunes, wherever you listen.

S/o to the musicians on this record: @gilbert_justinc on organ, @mikeburton06 and @melvinjonestpt—2/3 of @goodtimeshorns—on horns, and @strow_7 on guitar! 🔥

New music coming real soon. This one’s just a taste of the project I’m cooking up… Sip Smoke Vibe. 🍷💨🎶 #HEFD #NewMusicComing #Berlin #SipSmokeVibe taken in Berlin, Germany by @ant_hefd

This break back home came at the right time. I’ve been able to catch a lot of moments I might’ve missed on the road, including seeing my son @youngap09 get his awards at New Manchester High School’s Honors Ceremony.

Honor Roll, Georgia Certificate of Merit, and an award for his high AP test scores! The kid’s been making good grades ever since I met him 😂 He keeps putting in the work, and that’s one of the reasons it’s so easy to show up for him and do what I can.

Shout out to my co-parent in crime, @i_am_intentional. We’ve got a senior on our hands now! Proud of you kid. Let’s make this year count. ❤️🎓#HEFD #TheALPBoys #ClassOf2027 #Grateful #NewManchesterHighSchool taken in New Manchester High School by @ant_hefd

This is a first for me, and it feels amazing. Icons Aren’t Born: The Anthony “Ant” Parrish Story has been selected for the 26th Annual FirstGlance Film Festival in Los Angeles.

We’re still working on the bigger story, so to see the short we’ve put out so far reach a film festival means a lot. I’m grateful to everyone who’s watched and supported it.

Special shoutout to @electricdreamsproduction, @finise, and @renanmaraujo for helping bring my story to life. 🙏🏾

LA, November 12–15!
