I am extremely blessed and grateful to announce my commitment to run Cross Country and Track at Merrimack College, where I will be continuing my academic and athletic career at the Division 1 level. Thank you to my parents who taught me to value hard work. Thank you to my family and friends, who supported me throughout it all. Thank you to Coach Newhall, Coach Tenney, and all my teammates who helped to push me to be better. I never knew this sport would bless me in the ways it did. Finally, I would like to thank Coach Cam and Coach Pellegrini for giving me the opportunity to compete for the next 4 years. by @ant_runs

Faith over fear

I competed in 3 events this past weekend at the Division 5 State meet. I ran a 13 second pr in the two mile of 9:46.37 which placed me 4th overall. I also ran a pr in the mile of 4:28.63 which placed me 5th overall. I ended the weekend anchoring our 4x800m relay in which we placed 9th and I split a 2:04. taken in Bridgewater State University by @ant_runs

Back to Back

This race came out to be extremely tactical and I’m incredibly grateful to be able to come back and be conference champion again in the mile. I wasn’t sure how this would go but it came out in my favor. I’m very excited to see what can happen going forward the rest of the season. by @ant_runs

Compounded consistency

I am beyond grateful to have been able to compete yesterday at the Weston Twilight invitational in the mile where I was able to break 4:30. I ran a new pr of 4:29.67 which placed me 15th overall. This has been a longstanding goal of mine and to finally get to do it is a blessing. taken in Regis College Athletic Complex by @ant_runs

The work worked

Conference champion in the mile. I am so grateful to be able to compete and go out and race for opportunities like this. A new 3 second pr of 4:32 in the mile is amazing. At the MSTCA Division 5 State meet I had a great few days. Running a new pr of 10:18.98 in the two mile on Thursday and then a new mile pr of 4:36.21 on Saturday. I also split a 2:05 in my teams 4x800 to help set a new school record. taken in Westfield State University by @ant_runs
