I have been thinking about this incident since it happened.

What unsettled me the most was not just the drivers’ unwillingness to give way but the fact that they were disregarding a traffic rule that exists for a reason: to give emergency vehicles the right of way.

We want a better society. We want things to work. But do we ever stop to consider the role we play in making things work, or not work?

Perhaps the dysfunction we complain about is also reflected in the everyday choices we make.

A better society is not built on leadership alone. It also depends on us, the citizens. by @antaimitchelle

Your career is part of your identity but it shouldn’t have to be your entire identity. Your job is what you do, not all of who you are.

What do you enjoy? What are you curious about? What makes you feel alive outside the pursuit of success?

You are allowed to build a successful career and still have a life that exists beyond it.

So, let’s try something.

If you couldn’t mention what you do for a living, how would you introduce yourself? 👀

The responsibility for representing Christ in the world does not belong exclusively to pastors, apostles and clergy. It belongs to all of us.

There is something fundamentally wrong when our primary expression of Christianity becomes watching other Christians and constantly waiting to criticize them.

We are the body. And a body cannot spend all its time pointing fingers at one part of itself.

There is a world around us that needs Christians who are actually building, serving, creating, leading and solving problems.

Sometimes, the limitation isn’t that the opportunity doesn’t exist.

It’s that you’ve never seen it before.

Your environment can shape what you believe is possible but it doesn’t have to determine the limits of your life.

Read. Listen. Explore. Meet different people. Enter unfamiliar rooms. Expose yourself to ideas beyond what you already know.

You may still be where you are but your mind doesn’t have to remain there.

There is more. Go and find it. by @antaimitchelle

The mic found its way back to me. PHCMC 4.0.

Second consecutive year. Same conference. Same room, deeper conversations and another opportunity to do what I genuinely love — HOST.

This year’s conference went beyond the stage. It created a room for people to reflect, learn, connect, ask questions, share experiences and be challenged to take their own commitment more seriously.

And that’s what makes hosting events like this meaningful to me. The microphone gives me a front-row seat to conversations that matter.

Walking away from PHCMC 4.0, I’m reminded that the best events aren’t measured only by how they look on stage but by what they leave with the people in the room.

I’m grateful to have played a small part in that.

And yes… I’ll gladly take it again.

PHCMC 4.0, thank you for having me back.

Whose life are you really living?

It’s easy to follow the script, the timelines, the milestones, the expectations. The things you’re supposed to have achieved by now.

But have you ever stopped to ask… who wrote that script?

At some point, we all feel the pressure to fit into a version of success that may not even align with who we truly are. We started measuring our lives by standards we didn’t create.

And the moment you step outside of it, people start to question you.

But living on your own terms will always look unfamiliar to people who are used to conformity.

This is your reminder:You don’t owe the world a predictable life.
Choose alignment over approval.Choose purpose over pressure. by @antaimitchelle

You can visibly tell how much of a great time I had co-hosting PHCMC for the second time in a row! 💛

There’s something special about being in a room where you get to do what you genuinely love — connect, communicate, create moments and watch a room come alive.

From the conversations to the energy, the laughter, the spontaneous moments and, of course, holding the mic — I enjoyed every bit of it.

PHCMC 4.0 was such a beautiful experience and I’m grateful to have been part of it again.

Two years in a row. Same mic. Even more memories💛 by @antaimitchelle

Bridges create access. Barriers test capacity.

Hosting the Executive Presence Circle, Port Harcourt, around the theme “Bridge & Barriers” was a reminder that executive presence is not just about how we show up. It is about communicating with confidence, demonstrating competence, leading with character, and showing up intentionally so that when you leave the room, your impact remains.

Sometimes, the next level does not require a new room. It requires us to become the person who is ready to occupy the room.

Grateful to have served as the Executive Host for this powerful conversation.

Thank you so much @antaimitchelle for shedding light to this topic

Some truths don’t just inspire, they awaken you.

Antai Mitchelle said it as it is that playing small is not always what we think.

Watch this and ask yourself:
choice or conditioning? 💭
