We say we miss the past so much, but I actually appreciate what I went through to be here. And the reason I’m saying this is ’cause right now, for whatever reason, I’m going through a lot again. So I know my future self is gonna look back and say those exact words.
I appreciate life. We contradict ourselves a lot, and that’s normal — the brain doesn’t constantly remind us to follow some set of rules. We just do what we know best.
I’ve never felt so free, motivated, unmotivated, exhilarated, sad, stressed, carefree, caring, suffering, healing at the same time. It’s like I’m split into different versions of myself, each feeling something different. I’m genuinely happy with where life is heading — but at the same time, I’m fighting so much inside. It’s like there’s a war happening within me that no one sees. So much that it feels like I’m living a split life. by @antakke

May John Ceno Pork rest in peace.. ever since I found you dead mid-stroke in your bed, I haven’t been the same. I can’t stop thinking about all the fond memories we had together, from you being the best uncle ever to basically my best friend.

I remember going to you whenever I felt lost, and somehow you always knew what to say. Now I’ve become the man you always wanted me to be, and I’m so proud of where I come from. I just wish you were here to see it.

I always came to you when I needed you most, and now I catch myself crying talking about you whenever something good happens in my life. Every big accomplishment just makes me wish you were here to see it.
