|| Agora Rénovation complète d’un appartement de 100 m² au dernier étage d’un immeuble haussmannien. Le projet réinterprète l’atrium comme cœur central, structurant lumière, accueil et exposition. Transformé en hall sculpté et baigné de lumière zénithale, il crée des volumes contrastés et une atmosphère cinématographique. Autour de cet espace, les fonctions s’organisent : arches de pierre vers la partie nuit, séjour sur estrade ouvert sur le panorama, et cuisine sculpturale réalisée par un artisan italien. L’ensemble exprime une écriture contemporaine maîtrisée, où lumière, matières et volumes composent des espaces dédiés à accueillir, rassembler et contempler. Paire de fauteuils sculpturaux en noyer et cuir, années 1920, chinée par le studio. Bout de canapé en acier, par @memori.studio_, et objet décoratif de @juliepailhas.objets.inanimes. Dans la niche, la sculpture « Ove » de @bellahuntddc @southwaystudio chez @pavillonsouthway, accompagnée de coupes en laiton, chinées par le studio. The project reinterprets the atrium as a central core, structuring light, reception, and the display of artworks. Transformed into a sculptural entrance hall bathed in zenithal light, it creates contrasting volumes and a cinematic atmosphere. Around this space, functions are naturally organized: stone arches lead to the night area, a raised living room opens onto the panorama, and a sculptural kitchen crafted by an Italian artisan becomes a strong architectural feature. The project expresses a refined contemporary language, where light, materials, and volumes shape spaces designed for hosting, gathering, and contemplation. Pair of sculptural walnut and leather armchairs from the 1920s, curated by the studio. Steel side table by @memori.studio_, and decorative object from @juliepailhas.objets.inanimes ‘s collection. In the alcove, the “Ove” sculpture by @bellahuntddc @southwaystudio at @pavillonsouthway , accompanied by vintage brass bowls curated by the studio. Au bout du couloir de servitude, apparaissent les portes en dyptique, œuvre de @gaultier_rj, en acier et acrylique sur laiton, ouvrant sur la suite master. À côté trône chaise sculpturale « Iron chair » de @memori.studio_. La desserte en bois noir et inox, dessinée par Giotto Stoppino et Lodovico Acerbis dans les années 70, a été chinée par le studio.
