📣 Business Spotlight: 📍My Play Place, Anthem

I recently had the chance to meet with Kristina from My Play Place here in Anthem, and she gave me a tour of their beautiful indoor play facility.

Kristina and her husband opened My Play Place about a year ago after realizing how much Anthem needed a space like this. After routinely driving their two boys down to Scottsdale, Chandler, and other parts of Phoenix just to find quality indoor play options, they decided to create one right here in our own community.

One of my favorite parts of the story is that their two sons helped pick out the toys and shape the design of the space. Kristina shared that one of the boys wanted a “giant bubble bath,” which eventually inspired the ball pit — now one of the standout features of the whole facility.

The space itself is warm, clean, beautifully branded, and thoughtfully designed for young kids. It is the kind of place where parents can get out of the Arizona heat, let their kids play, and feel comfortable knowing the environment was created with care.

Beyond open play, My Play Place also offers a variety of classes and events, including:

🧸 Indoor play
🎈 Birthday parties
👩‍👧 Mommy & Me classes
🗣️ Speech therapy classes
💛 Emotional regulation classes
🤲 Touch-and-feel sensory classes
🏠 Private room rentals for classes and parties

Their Mommy & Me classes are led by a licensed speech therapist, which makes them a great option for parents looking for both fun and developmental support.

If you have young kids in Anthem, My Play Place is definitely worth a visit. It is a sweet, family-owned local business with a great story and a much-needed service for families in our area.
