Pleasing others, being there, meeting expectations… It feels natural, even rewarding. Until the moment it no longer does.

One day, I realized I was no longer in control. That I was living through the needs of others while forgetting my own.

And the worst part wasn’t what I was doing… but everything I was no longer doing for myself.

The real danger isn’t saying yes to others.

It’s forgetting to say yes to yourself.

So yes, sometimes, we need to be a little selfish. Not out of ego, but for balance.

Reflection of my thoughts 💭

Note à moi-même que je me suis fait en expérimentant la vie.

Se lever tôt et prendre du temps pour soi. J’le fais pas encore tout le temps… mais quand j’y arrive, c’est dingue. Mes journées démarrent 4x mieux.

Parfois j’oublie de bien respirer, dès que j’y pense, j’aime bien prendre 5 grandes respirations… Quel bonheur.

Trouve ta ‘crowd’. Des gens qui ont des rêves proches des tiens et qui ont une vision similaire.

S’exprimer avec authenticité. Ton art, c’est toi. Il n’a pas besoin d’être compris par tout le monde.

« Ton corps, c’est ton temple » Le mouvement, c’est l’énergie. Reste immobile trop longtemps… et tout finit par s’engourdir.

Tout ne doit pas toujours être optimisé, calculé, productif. Parfois, juste se laisser porter… et laisser la magie entrer.

Et surtout… Ne pas oublier d’expérimenter. De faire des erreurs. D’apprendre en avançant. C’est comme ça qu’on grandit. taken in Lausanne, Switzerland by @antho_tache

Prendre du recul, s’écouter et se réinventer.   On se laisse souvent emporter par les aléas de la vie, comme si certaines autres possibilités disparaissaient…   C’est un rappel que tout reste possible.   Je crois profondément que la seule limite, c’est celle qu’on se fixe.   Alors, je te propose qu’on éclate toutes les barrières et qu’on vive enfin la vie qu’on mérite.   Enregistre cette vidéo si ça te parle. Je suis quelqu’un qui réfléchit beaucoup, parfois trop. Pendant des années j’ai jamais osé me mettre en avant par peur de ne pas être à la hauteur. Et je me sentais pas légitime.

Et parfois, c était simplement pas la vie que je désirais…

Mais à force de réflexions, je comprends mieux qui je suis.

Ça fait des années que j’ai pas ressenti une motivation pareille.

J’ai le sentiment de lâcher un poids.
