Not feeling motivated today? Started anyway.

The same discipline it takes to show up when I don’t feel like working out is the same discipline I’m building in my business.

Making the calls. Having the conversations. Following up. Showing up even when the results aren’t there yet.

I’m not just building my body. I’m building the habits, mindset, and business that will support the life I envision.

New here? Here’s a little about me 😁

For about 15 years, I worked in an industry where a big part of what I did was protecting people’s homes.

Today, what I protect looks a little different.

Instead of protecting the physical home, I help families think about protecting their financial home; their income, the people they love, and what happens financially when life doesn’t go according to plan.

In a way, the mission didn’t completely change.

The type of protection did.

And there’s another side of what I do that’s become important to me: introducing people to an opportunity to develop a new skill.

You don’t need to come from a financial background. You can start with no previous experience, receive training, pursue the required licensing, and develop a skill with high earning potential based on your performance and growth.

I think of opportunities as vehicles.

Everybody has a Point A and a Point B.

Point B could be extra income, more flexibility, developing professionally, building a team, or eventually pursuing an ownership opportunity.

The opportunity itself isn’t the destination. It’s a vehicle that may help you get there.

So when I look at the bigger picture, what I’m doing now actually connects to where I came from:

15 years protecting people’s homes → now helping protect their financial homes → while helping others build something of their own.

That’s part of my Becoming journey and I’m documenting it as I build it.

Yapping Challenge — Day 10 🎙️

For the working men and dads who feel like they’re already too busy to build something else…

I get it. You have a job. Bills. Responsibilities. Maybe a family depending on you.

But I’ve been thinking… what if those responsibilities aren’t the reason not to build something?

What if they’re part of the reason to?

The opportunity I’m building doesn’t require you to just walk away from your job. You can learn new skills, build part-time around your existing schedule, and work toward creating another potential source of income.

And if you’re a dad, your kids get to see that too. They get to watch Dad learn, grow, get uncomfortable, and try to create more options for his family.

You can handle today’s responsibilities while still building toward tomorrow. 🤝🏽

Saturday training. 📝

Just documenting the journey as I go.

Still learning, still developing, and grateful for the people willing to teach me and challenge me along the way.

One thing I’m learning is to stop looking for permission, stop asking everyone for their opinion, trust what I’m building, and start acting on purpose.

I know I have a lot of work ahead of me, but I believe in myself and I’m betting on me … not because I have it all figured out because I don’t , but because I’m willing to keep learning, applying, and showing up.

That’s why I want to capture moments like this. One day I want to look back and see how far I’ve come, while remembering exactly where I started. 💯💢

Sometimes loving yourself means refusing to play small.

Go after the goals that feel too big.
Become the person you know you’re capable of becoming.
And understand that not everyone is going to see the vision while you’re building it.

You don’t need them to.

You owe it to yourself to keep rising.

And for anyone who thinks you should lower your goals to make other people comfortable…

This one was supposed to just be fun. 😂

I used a picture of me and my brother Josh from 2019 to jump on this AI trend… and I didn’t expect seeing us make a video “together” to hit me the way it did. 🥺

It’s crazy how something so simple can bring back a feeling, a memory, or make you wish you had just one more moment together.

So yeah… I’m still jumping on the trend 😂 but this one means a little more to me.
