In a historic transaction, we’ve successfully brokered the sale of one of the largest beachfront estates in the continental United States. Michael McCumber has sold 2170, 2200, and 2340 Gordon Dr for a combined $225,000,000. By closing this transaction, we’ve once again raised the bar for Port Royal, Naples, and the entire state of Florida. This landmark deal has broken several records including the most expensive home sale in Florida state history. By leveraging global outreach, deep-rooted local relationships, and a quiet marketing approach, we successfully fulfilled the sellers goal of passing their family estate on to a new owner. 2170, 2200, and 2340 Gordon Dr were exclusively listed by @mccumbergroup at @gcipnaples by @anthony.caraballo

Another feature in The Wall Street Journal for our record breaking sale of a Gulf front compound in the Port Royal area of Naples. While much of the housing market has slowed, $10M-plus sales are accelerating and Naples is at the center of that momentum, underscored by record sales and continued demand from ultra-high-net-worth buyers. 2170, 2200, 2340 Gordon Dr sold at $225,000,000 and was exclusively represented by @mccumbergroup #realestate #floridarealestate #naplesflorida #naplesfl by @anthony.caraballo
Featured in the WSJ today for our record breaking sale in 2025 - it’s the # 1 sale in the U.S. this year. The fact that Naples tops the charts is a testament to our resilient market and reinforces why so many people are choosing to invest in our community.
