wild waterworks is a waterpark in Hamilton that can’t manage to not fall apart. and yet, i can’t imagine what Hamilton would be like, without such a charming place to keep the people connected. ☀️❤️

goals:

405 DL ✅
31.50 LCM BR ✅(went 31.40 | scm PB- 31.44, beat that lcm)

30 pull-ups coming soon (hopefully 🙏🏻)

We’re back with another Mic’d Up and this time we had a chance to catch up with @anthony.gutkowski working with coach @aidan.lifts_ .

Anthony is one the many motivated athletes at IPC putting in a ton of work day in and day out. Since joining, he’s continuously cut time off his races as a competitive sprint swimmer.
