Anthony Linell is no stranger to the Caucasian capital. With a frequent presence at Bassiani since the very beginning of the club, undoubtedly becoming a big influence on the emergence of Tbilisi club culture, he’s remained a recurring figure in the city’s musical life ever since. Known for his work around Northern Electronics and his more austere, hypnotic strains of techno, Bassiani Podcast 331 holds something different. Recorded on a beautiful morning in the late summer of 2026, it showcase another part of Linell’s musical vocabulary. The set draws from the fringes of his record collection, marking groove-driven psychadelic house and progressive-oriented numbers. A lesser-known side of Linell’s club repertoire, captured in the intimate setting of the Horoom. by @anthony.linell

STILIO x NORTHERN ELECTRONICS

A couple of months ago, in the forest outside Stockholm, one of the most beautiful experiences of the recent past quietly unfolded.

I’m deeply grateful to everyone who came down to support underground culture, to the @stilio.music crew for putting so much blood and sweat into making this happen, and to my brother @donato_dozzy for accepting the invitation and making the journey back to the Swedish woods.

Stockholm veteran and co-founder of Northern Electronics, Anthony Linell, stands as a quietly commanding presence in contemporary electronic music. For the introduction of this party we even called him our ’own acclaimed King of Nordic techno’.

For Saturday his record bag is renewed and carefully packed. This will be his third appearance at Stilio, all of which has been in different settings and slots. For Linell, DJing is like finding his way in the dark. He moves effortlessly between techno and experimental electronic music, creating a style that blends strong visuals with clear purpose. A distinct approach and dedication that has drawn global recognition, though he himself rarely seeks the spotlight.

Stilio x the underground syndicate Northern Electronics this Saturday!

365+ days in the making. After premiering the Stilio x Northern Electronics collaboration last summer, Anthony said one thing with real conviction: “Next year, I’d like to bring Donato.”

So here we are.

@donato_dozzy, the Italian master of deep and earthy sounds, alongside @anthony.linell, our own acclaimed king of Nordic techno. Both artists need no further introduction.

Over the next two weekends, we present Northern Electronics label showcases across both coasts. @anthony.linell appears with us in New York this Saturday, then in San Francisco the following weekend. His work, both through Northern Electronics and under his own name, has long pushed towards a more abstract edge of techno. If you’re in either city, this is a rare chance to catch him.

Our San Francisco night on April 4 takes place across two spaces in a new secret location in San Francisco. In one room, Linell is joined by @northernelectronics artist JS Aurelius, whose work leans toward industrial electronics and broken form, and by @sarahhwreath, arriving from Berlin for her San Francisco debut. In the other room, @vardae__ makes his US debut following standout releases on Non Series and Samurai Music, joined by DJ Healthy of PACIFIC MODE and Endzeit residents RMNA, Kudeki, and Torsion.

Northern Electronics presents NE112, a collaborative work by Anthony Linell and Evigt Mörker, entitled ’Ett anständigt liv’.

Marking the first alignment between the two artists, the record unfolds as a study in continuity, pressure, and sustained focus. Across four pieces, a steady and tensile sonic language develops, immersive in its repetition and controlled in its ascent. Subtle psychedelic inflections — recalling early trance states — surface within a darker, more restrained framework. The result is neither nostalgic nor decorative, but reduced, deliberate, and directed forward.

Tracklist

A2 Inga fler världar likt denna
B1 Kedja de ofödda
