“The world doesn’t want you to win.” - Bill Walsh

Headed over to Miami this past weekend to see some friends, mentors, and coaches of mine, Bill, Nick, and Jack.

You walk into an event feeling excited and like you have all your shit figured out until you get hit with brutal honesty from the people who are at the levels you’re striving to be at.

Bottom line advice I got from them:

Nobody is born a winner… you build one yourself.

Now while the rest of the world doesn’t want you to win… the bigger enemy is going to be yourself.

And that enemy is going to use all the lies, the reasons, and all the stories it can to hold you back from confronting reality and more importantly, taking responsibility for your situation.

It’s a heavy hitting feeling when you lay it all out on the table.

All the stories, the lies, and the vulnerabilities that you’re carrying within and telling yourself.

Just have to ask yourself if those limitations are enough to not become the future version of you that your loved ones and the rest of the world needs.

I’ve decided that’s a no.

Appreciate you fellas for the conversations and the guidance @billwalshofficial @jackwalshobj @schrodehouse

Put yourself in environments where growth is inevitable.

When you take the game seriously, the best thing you can do is surround yourself with people who are ahead of you, and that applies to anything in life.

Financially, physically, mentally, emotionally, etc.

Spent some time in Siesta Key last weekend and met some of the most driven people.

Hoping for success for each one of them.

Shoutout to my brother and mentor @theaustinmedlin for pulling this together and showing me what you can achieve with a right state of mind and consistency.
