This past week I dove into the biggest creative project of my career.
.
Last year I met @supergyser on the final day for @aweekfortheworld , and knew that he had something incredible on his hands.
.
2 months ago @supergyser and I connected on this project, talking through the entire scope of how to expand the voice for @aweekfortheworld
.
This week challenged me A LOT. Outside of the hours shooting, came the hours editing, color grading, and making sure each story could be echoed to the masses.
.
This project was (is) unbelievable.
.
This project was (still) one of the best things I have been able to creatively direct.
.
These people (were) are some of the greatest humans I have ever met.
.

I’m doing HYROX because after 20+ years of trying to be skinnier, smaller, lighter… I found a sport & community that makes me feel strong.

For so long, I thought femininity meant taking up less space, but strength and womanhood can co-exist.

Being a woman doesn’t mean you’re weak.
Women are powerful.
Women are resilient.
Women are athletes.

And this sport reminds me of that every single day.

for any person out there, know that you can be strong, you can be an athlete no matter your shape or size.
