BSF Remote Athlete | @anthonyde_freitas

Bridging the gap between outings with a side pen at 75% RPE. We’ve been working on letting the upper half relax in the throw to accept energy into foot strike.

Training never stops if you have a dedicated coach in your corner guiding you in-season between outings and games to dial in the fine-tuning stuff.

Hitting PR’s in the offseason is cool and all, but having someone in your corner during the season to prep you for outings, hop on calls and talk mindset, sequencing, etc. is the bread and butter of performance training.

It only matters when the lights come on. Have someone there in your corner. ⚡️ taken in BSF Performance - The Juice Factory by @anthonyde_freitas
