Season 1 in the books 📚
Great ride we faced obstacles, challenges, won games, celebrated victories, we had ups and downs!
We came up short of reaching final 6.
But most importantly, and thats what matters most is that we finished hard we fought till the last second, for that im grateful and blessed to be able to be part of this organization and everyone it was a great experience looking forward and excited for whats next!

Shoutouts: huge shoutout to the management @digenisbc for the opportunity @raca.dragan for the trust.
Digenis will always be home.

It’s powerful how passion pushes you beyond limits you never knew you could surpass.
Driven by purpose and built on discipline.

First time coaching abroad has been an incredible learning experience. Being in a new country with a different culture and style of play has pushed me out of my zone and forced me to grow as a coach and as a person. Every practice, every game, and every conversation has taught me something new about leadership, communication, and adaptability. Grateful for the challenges, the lessons, and the opportunity to keep learning through the game I love. Excited for the rest of season to keep growing, keep learning, and see where this journey continues to take me.

Leadership lesson nobody teaches:
Leaders eat last, take credit last and get paid last in startups. But they take responsibility first, make decisions first, accept blame first and face danger first.
Leadership isn’t about being in charge, it’s about taking in those of in your charge.
It’s not about power, it’s about service.
Most people want the title, few want the weight.
Can’t fake passion, can’t teach passion 🏀
