How do you post the adventure of a lifetime on social media so that will capture just how truly incredible it was? You can’t. It’s impossible. But, out of the hundreds of photos and videos I took on our 2.5 weeks in Italy, this is the best I can come up with. No photos, videos, or words will ever be able to convey how amazing it was to be in the most beautiful places with the most special people, making new friends along the way, and making memories that will last our entire lives. From being with family, to being with friends who are family, in Rome, Florence, San Gimingano, Siena, Montepulciano, Cortona, Perugia, Bologna, and Venice…nothing will ever compare to this journey we went on together. My heart is overflowing with love and joy and gratitude. It will be for a very long time. 🩷

Happy 5th Birthday to Ranch Hands Cowboylesque!!! I can’t believe it has been five years already! (I’m 3 months shy of my 5 year chip btw, but you know what I mean…)

If you had told me five years ago that I would be performing again, I would have called you a liar. I left NY feeling defeated and thinking I had hung up my hat for good. Little did I know I’d be picking up a cowboy hat and two stepping in cowboy boots into the brightest chapter I’ve ever had on a stage.

I’m so grateful to @lexylately_ for this incredible ride, and so thankful to her for trusting me to help her lead it into the next five years. From starting as a dancer, to becoming the dance director, to stepping in as host, to setting up our Scottsdale production, to tour managing, and now to being a choreographer for the show, it is such a privilege. We are all so lucky to work for someone who treats their talent with such care and respect. And I am so lucky to call you a dear friend. I’ll follow you anywhere, girl. I can’t wait to see where we are in the next five years!

And lastly, Ranch Hands has given me some of the greatest personal gifts. It has allowed me to perform for the first time as a professional in my hometown EC, WI three separate times. It has given me some of my most cherished friendships that I treasure so deeply. You know who you are. And it quite literally introduced me to the love of my life, my husband @wobewtwaske. Special thanks to @maxtbarry, but I’ll tell that story another time. 😉
