So long April. You gave us four beautiful seasons, in one month. There were days I left home in a tee shirt and returned in a coat 😳Could it be natures way of mirroring The World we’re living in, at this time?We have outrage shown at gun violence but no legislation for Gun Control.Gas prices skyrocketing, Election deniers denying voters their rights to vote.War, Deed theft and a King reading the USA like a Queen 👏🏾👑Oh baby it’s a hot mess.Let me say this… I’m not giving up. It’s finally Spring. 🌺🌸🌼🌻🌹🌷March has been a bit Bipolar but its leaving us with a beautiful day. 🌞🌞🌞🌞Flowers are blooming, trees are awakening and folks are in the streets. Some folks are just in the way but that’s NYC.I even got smiles and thank you’s and even a have a good day, from people while walking.the streets. Hey Fam. Can we just give ourselves a collective pat on the back, for surviving February? I’ve never seen snow in NYC that didn’t melt.Having to navigate old snow, slush, freezing temperatures and Black Ice was daunting.The news we saw everyday was dismal. Epstein files, voter suppression, ICE in NYC, and prices rising… However this is Black History Month and if there’s anything we can learn, from the Ancestors is resiliency.They never gave up Hoping and Dreaming.So let me say I’m always hopeful.I pray constantly for a better day, for everyone.This is a beautiful imperfect world but it’s the world we have. It’s the world we share.I’m staying grateful because I know things will get better. Baby it’s cold outside.🥶January has really shown its butt. 5 degree weather here in NYC some nights and frigid winds.The ground and streets are frozen.Someone shouting ICE nowadays and you don’t know whether to look down, at your feet or run, for your life.It’s a different World.I’m holding on to HOPE.I’m praying all the time for everyone.Giving thanks for just seeing an another day. Happy New Years Eve Fam. We made it through another year. I know right now I’m wobbling but I’m still standing. Remember at the beginning of this year folks were talking about the price of eggs. Now it’s tariffs, deportations, healthcare worries and those damn files.This was a year, for the books.I’m looking forward to 2026. I lost several people who were close to my heart this year. However the Universe detests a void so we had some babies born this year. You all know me by now. I believe in Hope. I believe in Joy. Today I’m giving Thanks to Family, Friends and Life❤️I can’t believe that this is the last day of November.Where has the time gone?So on this day let me say how blessed I am.It was a good month.I spent time with loved ones and I’m learning how to let go of things that no longer serve me.Here in New York we have a new Mayor Elect.Finally there’s a little hope and optimism, on the horizon. Hey IG. September really has flown by. The weather here in NYC was absolutely wonderful. The days were perfect and I enjoyed every moment.I was thinking that the entire time I’ve been on instagram the world has been a bit topsy turvy. We’ve had election turmoil, Covid, January6, Project 2025, ICE raids and folks breaking ties with each other, because of the strife. I’m an optimistic guy. I believe in love, I believe in kindness and respect. I find these keep me hopeful. The days are getting shorter and the shadows grow longer. I will always try to bring light to darkness.I will always keep my heart open. I’m praying that the rest of the world will do the same.Enjoy every moment Fam. As I’ve said before find your JOY.
