Never a Master. Always a Student.

For some time now i’ve been wanting to go on a solo trip somewhere. for some time ive been wanting to go to Japan. for some time ive wanting to learn more about myself for myself because i owe it to myself. i made it happen. maybe not by myself like originally planned but with 2 of my friends. i don’t think i couldve had it any other way. i met a lot of really cool people, now friends. shared many laughs, even fought here and there lol but when you’re traveling a new country for the first time with 2 friends, it’s bound to happen. i crave freedom, i don’t want to be bound by things i can’t control. i want to feed my soul what it craves and Japan helped me see that thought and want so clearly. i was thrown into unknown situations but fuck it we ball. i tried different foods i wasn’t used too and have never tried before and talking to strangers even locals for the hell of it but that’s what life is about, jumping when it feels scary too. otherwise you’d be standing in the exact same place your whole life, and me personally i don’t want that. i can’t do that. taken in Japan by @anthonymk3

15. DIE TRYING

Life has been different for me recently. i’ve been loosing weight, a good thing, got a gym membership, trying new things (pool has lowkey become a hobby/ pastime), working towards starting my career, and throwing myself in uncomfortable situations. One thing i’ve started realizing is that i’ve been still for too long. i crave new experiences and new beginnings, i want to throw myself into uncomfortable situations for growth, learn more about me and actually develop myself further than i currently am. im thinking about taking a solo trip to camp out for a weekend or something and just be by myself and my thoughts to TRULY understand myself and what i want from this life. I do know one thing forsure tho I WILL LIVE THE LIFE I SO EVER CRAVE. i make my dreams a reality and live them. i’m tired of being comfortable, i want to experience, live and become the best possible version of myself for myself. cause i owe it to myself. taken in Los Angeles, California by @anthonymk3
