@essencefest NOWWWWW! Yall should be ashamed of yourselves!… I just watched the Tribute to Aaliyah performance and I am extremely disappointed in the quality of the sound….. WHOEVER y’all hired to engineer the sound should NEVER 🗣️🗣️🗣️EVER come back….And I mean NEVER!

BGV’s were louder than the leads.
BGV’s weren’t balance AT ALL.
The leads could BARELY be heard.
The band was way too loud.

WAS THERE EVEN A SOUND CHECK????? Because there definitely was a rehearsal….. And what’s the point of a rehearsal and producing a show of this magnitude if you CAN’T HEAR the artist you paid to perform and people paid to see??????????….Great show. Piss poor sound quality……and I know it’s not the first time you’ve heard this feedback.

Next year call me! This will NEVER happen on my watch. AND I MEAN NEVER! I’ll be your production manager. Whoever the current PM is - fire them and hire me because I don’t play that foolishness!….I had to imagine what these folk sound like the entire set…… SMH!….For real though. Call me! Right now. 😂😂😂 #TheLiveProductionGuru Check the credentials! Inbox me for the references. - With love! 🫶🏼 by @anthonyt_james

Here Ye! Here Ye! Huge Announcement!

Well… I guess it’s finally time to make this official.

For years, whenever people would run into me at events, conferences, productions, or somewhere “outside,” the conversation usually went something like:

“Wait… you’re still in Memphis?”
“I thought you moved away years ago!”

And honestly, I get it. I’ve spent so much time traveling for work, serving different organizations, producing events, and chasing opportunities that many people assumed I had already relocated.

But this time, they’re right.

I’m officially moving to Atlanta, Georgia.

Am I excited? Absolutely.

Am I nervous? Also absolutely. 😂

But I’m ready.

Ready for new opportunities.
Ready for new challenges.
Ready for new relationships.
Ready for growth.

Memphis has been home. It’s where I learned, grew, built relationships, made mistakes, discovered my gifts, and developed a deep love for storytelling, production, ministry, and creating experiences that bring people together.

Now it’s time for a new chapter.

Atlanta represents growth, opportunity, creativity, and the chance to continue building the career and life I’ve been working toward.

Thank you to everyone who has supported me, encouraged me, hired me, prayed for me, collaborated with me, and believed in me over the years. You have no idea how much it means.

Atlanta, let’s see what happens.

This isn’t goodbye to the people I love—just a change of address.

So here’s to new opportunities, new connections, and new adventures.

If you want to support this move, I’ve created a GoFundMe to assist with this transition. (Click the link in my bio)

Atlanta… see you soon. #NewChapter #Atlanta #TrustTheProcess #CreativeLife ProductionGuruGetsHisWings
