It’s that time of year again. Anthro’s own @war.r.en @gabba121 @mattyseb will be wandering the streets of boomtown looking for the darkest 140s and bounciest 160s they ever did see. If you spot any them say hi and give em a hug !

Sup guys its James - here for my edition of the anthro target mix series! It’s been a little over a year since Noisia’s final UK appearance at boomtown and I’ve been thinking about it a lot lately, and decided to put together a really heavy neuro mix with loads of my fav songs. I wanted this mix to feel how I felt at that set; chaotic, intense, full of energy and crazy crazy tunes! This one has been sat in my collection for a couple months now and I’ve played through it a fair few times at the gym/on the way to work, the energy is high throughout :)

Our very own rkngl brought me into the world of neurofunk and introduced me to noisia’s massive tunes as I was getting into mixing, and a lot of the tunes he’s shown me have popped up in sets of mine over the months/years since - there are even a few in this one - tracklist is on the following slides :)

RKNGL will be representing Anthro at @serena.co.uk ‘s event next Thursday night at @offthesquaremcr

Keeping with our long running theme, all proceeds from the event will be donated to mental health charities

Expect a lovely House to Garage to Jungle progression from the night, played by a wicked group talented local acts and collectives.

The ongoing genocide against the Palestinian people is a matter of grave importance to us. People are living with no access to food, clean drinking water, or hospitals, and their homes and livelihoods are being destroyed around them. Living in the UK, our government is in direct support of the genocide, and we cannot just sit by and watch.

For this reason, we have organised a Palestine fundraiser event at the Derby Brewery Arms on the 8th December, with all proceeds being donated to the charities: Middle East Children’s Alliance (MECA) @mecaforpeace and Restless Beings @restlessbeings . Both charities are currently focused on providing direct aid to the people of Palestine, including medical supplies, food, and water.

Tickets are on skiddle starting at £5, but larger donations are obviously welcome!
