I wrote an essay for @anticliquezine this winter about the times in skating & life when there’s no way of knowing how something’s gonna go until you do it.

Illustrated with pics from my dream shoot with @stuartjclapp last summer 💘 thanks @mrs_muertos 💘Dm @anticliquezine for a copy of the mag! by @anticliquezine

I’m back in the saddle, working cattle, I like Mezcal and steak, going to the skatepark sounds like a headache.

13 feet of green concrete…
Who’s visited this monster bowl in San Luis Obispo? Anyone decide not to go in because you didn’t know if you could get back out? Ok. Hands up if you’ve had all 4 trucks on the coping?! Maybe just 1 or 2? Yeah not us either, but if YOU have we wanna see, tag us!

Leonette shows no fear sailing smoothly into this series of moody shots taken by Mike Murtaugh. Grab Vol 18 and put these pages on your 2025 vision board!

“Print is forever. Like these photos of me skating the NORDIY in Stuttgart which was built by the local skateboard community and will probably be gone by the time this article is published. The city needs the space for something else, so it will be torn down. The locals built it anyway, even though they knew it would probably only be around for two or three years. Passion was their fuel.”
Creator and Editor of DogDays, Marta, has 10 issues under her belt and is here to give you a few of the insights she’s gathered since the magazine’s inception in 2018.

Ten years ago in Brazil, @anticliquezine was born. At the time @mrs_muertos volunteered training Brazil’s roller derby team and traveled all over the country, with her partner at the time and a big crew of Brazilian skaters, “trying to figure out how to skate bowls.” They also documented the skate scenes she found there on video—and they took photos obviously. For our 10th issue, @_____j.h._____ caught up with Dita to record the history of what is currently the longest running zine.
