Boomtown 2025

This year I got to complete a dream of mine that started back in 2017, one I had never entertained as achievable, but became a reality thanks to the amazing @avyvisuals // @amyshenton_ ✨

This year at @boomtownfairofficial I got to create some animations to be used on the big screens and portals of the incredible “Lions Gate” stage during the sets of @kmotionzuk ft. @elmatador3 and @youphoria.dnb 🫶🏼

I haven’t been able to make it back in recent years, but from 2017 I spent three years in a row running around that wild city.

That space allowed me to discover so many incredible things and to be fully immersed in the world of dance music which has gone on to be one of my main area’s of focus inside and outside of work.
One memory that always stuck with me were the insane screens and projections that left you completely mesmerised. To go from being a teenager with no real idea what I wanted to do, to having my own work shown on those insane screens six years later, is honestly huge for me, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the oh so talented @avyvisuals // @amyshenton_ 💖

Sadly, I lost a lot of my photos from back then, but luckily I still had some film left. The last three slides are shots I took during my 2018 trip to @boomtownfairofficial 🫶🏼✨

“CRYSTAL KINGDOM

A couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to be approached by @tbwalondon and asked to take part in @nissanuk ‘s new “Electrified Art” campaign for the latest Nissan ARIYA.

Over the past couple of days this campaign went live, 5 cities and 5 designers all around the UK!!

Manchester

Liverpool
Birmingham
London

and it is also live on the Electrified Lab, the new Nissan metaspace!! Make sure to go and check it out and interact with the pieces!!

Antidote is a UK-born, Berlin-based 3D designer and visual artist working across mediums including typographic design, mirror engraving, and AI-assisted image creation. With a background in fine art, Antidote has developed a multidisciplinary practice rooted in exploring themes of deformation, decomposition, and destruction of structure and form. His work often blends tactile materials with digital tools, resulting in intricate, high- gloss compositions.

Meet Christian Goss (@antidote.psd), one of the artists exhibiting works at Leonis Works x Voo Space @voostore) on Saturday, July 11.

Christian Goss, A.K.A. Antidote.psd, is a Berlin-based artist and designer from Britain whose practice explores the relationship between typography, material, and space. Working with reclaimed and cracked mirrors, he transforms discarded reflective surfaces into sculptural works through abstract engraved letterforms. Rooted in graffiti and material experimentation, his work examines destruction, permanence, and reflection, while his wider practice spans the art, fashion, and music industries, creating installations, visual identities, and immersive digital experiences.

Catch his works in person from 14:00-22:00 at Voo Space. An artist talk with Christian and the other artists will take place at 17:30.

The event is free entry, and there will be performances, DJ sets, and we’ll be serving natural wines by @sekkosoziale

The exhibition is curated by @emilybrockington

LEONIS WORKS LAUNCH SHOWCASE

Recently I presented my contribution to the @leonis_works launch event.

My installation, “Square Eyes”, consisted of a large constructed day bed, speaker system and reactive projection setup, all housed within its own dedicated room.

The visuals responded in real time to the selected sets from @ccriess “sound of cries” series, featuring:

@missmess_________

while also reacting to the conversations and other bits of sound created by the audience existing within the space.

The visuals themselves were taken from my ongoing series “Formless”, a three-year exploration into light, distortion and its movement through artificial glass.

Always love being able to share these pieces with everyone, massive love to all who came through.

Looking forward to the next 🖤💫
