the word Antipodes comes from greek words meaning "opposite feet". In general sense it means a complete and total opposite of something else.

Like: loud<>quiet, darkness<>light, fast<>slow, good<>evil.

Can you notice this concept in our music?

Our new song is out now!
I Ran (So Far Away)

The word "antipodes" refers to things that are diametrically opposed, which perfectly encapsulates the band's core vision.

"We absolutely love 80s pop, and our entire identity as a band is built on combining extreme contrasts," explains singer Matteo Cellini. "We thrive on mashing together genres and sounds that have absolutely no business being in the same room together."

Driven by this love for musical juxtaposition, the band decided to set a unique challenge for themselves: find the absolute least metal song they could possibly imagine, tear it down to its foundation, and rebuild it in their own heavy image. The undeniable winner of that search was A Flock of Seagulls' neon-soaked, synth-driven classic, "I Ran (So Far Away)."
