*OPEN HOUSE - April 4, 12-3pm*

Hi Everyone - Been working on this special house for a while and it's finally looking for new stewards. A 1971 Atrium model home by Streng Bros Homes in Sacramento, California. I've spent countless hours in this home, and I can't get over what a genius idea the covered atrium is - it's perfect for the Sacramento Valley. The Architect, @cartersparksarchive , wrote poetry with this floor plan. Don't miss your chance to get a mostly unmolested house with the period features you want, and upgrades/updates to the big things you don't want to deal with. Say hi to the dueling Monstera Deliciosas. Just making stuff. Almost finished — Recreation of Sensation Comics #3 cover as drawn by Irwin Hasen (not HG Peter). A composited conglomeration of AI generated stills & video. A more serious take on Hasen’s kinda whimsical expressions and drawing style. Does Wonder Woman save the day? Of course!! #wonderwoman #sensationcomics #irwinhasen #goldenagecomics #aiisdumb by @antique.future
