This Wednesday, ASO meets @rmmchicagoofficial, @dancejannadance, and @normanwlong at the Burlington Bar. This is the last field study before we go into strategic retreat. Hello. It’s been one year since the first CHAR at The California Clipper. So we’re doing a super big celebration with my some of my best friends, favorite artists, and extra PA power by @clairvoyance_soundsystem for our first anniversary.

Paraendo (@_h0jicha_ and @time_initial_keeper ) played the first ever set at Char and we bring them back for a closing electroacoustic performance. @gabberfoos, a crazy good new vocal+electronics duo makes their series debut. And us residents @antisoulorganization are playing a live set as well. 15MM (@minareborn333 and @city_of_chicago_official) will be deejaying first and last and in between sets all night.

This flyer is the eighth in a year by @dik_got_weed and @cryym_ . I’m in awe of their imagecraft and out of this world dedication to the series. Thank you both so much.

@californiaclipper is one of the few bars in Chicago embracing experimental music for non-ticketed events and I have endless love and appreciation for you @kasemkydd @jessesandwich @kennys_logins Al @lavotsky @wearywoodsman Matt and the rest of the team.

so excited to have the brilliant NYC-based cyber-industrial experimental-post-everything crew @murderpact back in Chicago next month on Thursday, June 18

you might have caught them in town previously with the likes of Kill Alters & Deli Girls - or via their participation in the Machine Girl extended musical family. this time around Murderpact is coming thru with the ferocious gabber-punk digi-hardcore project @guttr.trash + rounding out the bill, we have the legends @antisoulorganization & a set by myself & @cocojoeyyy as our duo Tasha’s Hideous Laughter 🎭
